Czech-German Staff Week 2025: Mindful Internationalisation and Inclusion

Amberg-Weiden & Pilsen to Host 5th Czech-German Staff Week

The Ostbayerische Technische Hochschule (OTH) Amberg-Weiden, Germany, and the University of West Bohemia (UWB), Pilsen, Czech Republic, are pleased to announce the Czech-German Staff Week 2025. This international event, taking place from June 2–6, 2025, will bring together academic and non-academic professionals for a week of insightful discussions and intercultural exchange.

This year’s theme, “Mindful Internationalisation and Inclusion,” will explore strategies to enhance global collaboration while fostering a more inclusive academic environment. Over five days, participants will engage in presentations, workshops, and discussions led by an experienced trainer, who will provide valuable insights into developing mindful internationalisation within university settings. Attendees will gain a deeper understanding of their roles in higher education while addressing key challenges faced by students in an increasingly globalised world.

Accommodation: Participants will stay in Amberg for the entire week, with transportation provided to and from Pilsen on June 3 and June 5.
